Hi! I'm Tanner.

We are ALL meant to share our uniqueness with this world.

Being seen used to be something that I struggled with immensely. I remember the persistant feeling of anxiety surrounding my sexuality, and the fear of being 'found out' as gay by peers from a young age. I carried this feeling well into adulthood, and felt very stuck in thought patterns that did not align with who I wanted to be. I did not feel safe in my body.

It was not until I discovered my yoga practice in 2017 that things began to shift tremendously. The fear of being seen began to subside over time as I became more confident in myself and my abilities, and I started to feel better about expressing myself authentically. I had found my medicine, and it is something that I have leaned into ever since.

My yoga practice has allowed for me to find self-acceptance and self-love. It has also been a valuable resource for me when it comes to managing my own anxiety as it arises. When I became a yoga teacher in 2023, I had the profound realization that I needed to work with men who, like me, have grappled with feelings of self-doubt, and the fear of being true to themselves.

I currently teach vinyasa and yin-style formats, and my goal is to cultivate a safe and empowering experience for every man that I work with. I strongly believe that nude yoga, in particular, can be a powerful way for men to step outside of their comfort zones and find more comfort in being seen, exactly as they are.
